What the licence includes
The whole stack
Proxy, staged classifier, message intent classification, and click-time URL protection as it reaches production. Link protection is not a separately priced add-on, which is where the incumbents make much of their margin.
Model updates for the term
Spam moves, so the models do too. Updates are delivered for as long as the licence is current, either from us or through a local cache you run yourself.
Unlimited deployments of your own
The licence counts mailboxes protected, not servers. Run as many nodes as your architecture needs, including a separate cache and a test instance.
Runs offline if you need it to
Sites with no outbound access from the mail path can be licensed with a signed offline file and a manual model bundle. Ask, and it is arranged.
Enterprise and carrier
Above ten thousand mailboxes the economics change, and so does what you need from a supplier: an SLA, defined support hours, and usually source escrow. Those are quoted rather than listed, because the right answer depends on how much of it you want.
If you are currently paying a per-seat gateway vendor, bring the number. The conversation is short, and it is normally a large one in your favour.
Try it against your own mail first
The classifier can run in observe-only mode beside your existing filtering, scoring live mail at zero weight. You see exactly what it would have done to your own traffic, on your own hardware, before anything it decides affects a single message. That is the honest way to check the numbers on this site, and it is how we would rather you bought.
