There is no sales team, no qualification call, and no form that emails you for six weeks. Write, and you get the author.
What is useful in a first message
- Roughly how many mailboxes you are protecting, which sets the tier.
- What you run now, and what you are paying for it.
- Whether you need the mail path to have no outbound access.
- Whether you want to run it yourself or have it run for you.
None of that is required. It only shortens the number of emails before a useful answer.
Support
Support is included at a level appropriate to the tier and is quoted explicitly for enterprise and carrier deployments, where response times are contractual rather than best effort. It is deliberately a separate line rather than folded into the licence, so nobody is paying for cover they do not want.
Licensing does not hold your mail hostage. If a licence lapses, the software keeps filtering with the models it has and stops receiving updates. It does not stop, and it never queues or rejects your mail on our account.
Privacy
This site sets no cookies, runs no scripts, loads nothing from any third party, and collects nothing about you. There is no analytics package, no tag manager, and no embedded font service. The only record of your visit is an ordinary web server log.
The product holds to the same line. Message content, classification results, and click data stay on your own hardware. The daemon contacts us to fetch models and confirm the licence is current, and that exchange carries no message content of any kind. Sites that need the mail path to have no outbound access at all can be licensed offline.

Software is licensed, not sold, under a written agreement provided before purchase. Licence terms, including warranty and limitation of liability, are available on request and are issued with every quotation.
